Labor Day is fast approaching! On Monday, September 2, 2024, we celebrate Labor Day. For those following the Indiana Parenting Time Guidelines, this is an “even year” and the non-custodial parent shall have parenting time on Labor Day weekend, from Friday at 6:00PM until Monday at 6:00PM. 

Remember: always check your current parenting time order for designation of the

“custodial parent” and the “non-custodial parent” and whether there are any changes in
your particular order that deviate from the INDIANA PARENTING TIME GUIDELINES.
