If you are following the Indiana Parenting Time Guidelines, it is always good to check dates and times for the upcoming holidays. 

Spring Break is approaching. According to the Guidelines, in an “even-numbered year”  (2024) the custodial parent shall have parenting time during Spring Break from 6:00 PM on the child’s last day of school before spring break until 6:00 PM on the last day before school begins again. Your child’s school calendar will detail the start and end dates for spring break. Work from there to determine when your start and end time is for parenting time.

Remember: always check your most current parenting time order for designation of the “custodial parent” and the “non-custodial parent” and whether there are any changes in your particular order that deviate from the Indiana Parenting Time Guidelines.
