If you are following the Indiana Parenting Time Guidelines, it is always good to check dates and times for the upcoming holidays. 

2024 is considered an “even-numbered year.” 

President’s Day is Monday, February 19, 2024. According to the Guidelines, in an “even-numbered year” the non-custodial parent shall have parenting time on President’s Day, if observed by the child’s school, from Friday at 6:00 PM until Monday at 6:00 PM.

Remember: always check your most current parenting time order for designation of the “custodial parent” and the “non-custodial parent” and whether there are any changes in your particular order that deviate from the Indiana Parenting Time Guidelines.
