Lindsay M. Franklin – Attorney

Lindsay M. Franklin is the founder and owner of Franklin Law. She was born in Albany, New York and raised in the surrounding suburbs. She received her B.S. from University of New York at Geneseo in 2007 and received her J.D. from New England Law | Boston in 2010. Lindsay moved to Fort Wayne, Indiana in 2010. She has been a member of the Indiana State Bar and United States District Courts for Northern Indiana and Southern Indiana since 2011.

Ms. Franklin is an active member of the Allen County Bar Association and is part of the Family Law Committee.

Lindsay M. Franklin is an active member of the Fort Wayne community. She has served as a board member and Officer of H.O.P.E. For Animals from 2011-2017. She enjoys working out and spending time on her homestead with her husband, daughter, three sons, cats, dogs, mini highland cows, goats, peacocks, and chickens!

Emily Szczepkowski – Attorney

Born and raised in Fort Wayne, Emily is a graduate of Bishop Dwenger High School. She received her B.A. from Purdue University, West Lafayette and earned her J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, Bloomington. Emily was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 2015 and began practicing in Fort Wayne, ready to give back to the community that has given her so much. Emily started as a staff attorney for the Department of Child Services before moving to private practice. As an associate attorney for a private firm, Emily centered her practice on family law. These matters included dissolution and post-dissolution matters, paternity, child support, and parenting time. From there, Emily switched gears, digging into estate planning and estate administration. Emily has since returned to family law, ready to assist you in all of your domestic relations needs.

Outside of the office, you can find Emily spending time with her family. If you catch sight of them, you’ll probably see Emily and her husband chasing after their three young sons and lab mix.

Stacy Quinn – Paralegal

Stacy Quinn joined Franklin Law in 2021 as a paralegal. Stacy enjoys spending time with her family. She was born and raised in Whitley County. Stacy enjoys spending time with her family, puzzles, boating, and singing.

Sierra Shupe – Paralegal

Sierra Shupe joined Franklin Law in 2023 as a paralegal. She is a graduate of Bishop Dwenger High School and has recently graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a degree in Criminal Justice. Sierra enjoys spending time with her family and boyfriend, watching sports, playing with her dog, going on boat rides, and hiking.

Amber Beadle – Legal Receptionist / Client Concierge

Amber Beadle joined Franklin Law in 2023 as a legal receptionist and client concierge. She graduated from North Side High School. Amber enjoys spending time with her son, going on hikes and reading books.
